Conquering Anxiety is for anyone who experiences troubling anxiety from time to time, and for people who wish they could 'turn off' their worried thoughts. It is for those who like to feel calm, in control and confident in their various roles life roles. You will learn about:
- Why problems with anxiety develop.
- Effective anxiety monitoring tools.
- The consequences of anxiety.
- Practical management strategies.

What's involved?
Easy to read and self-paced, the D'Accord HealthSteps Conquering Anxiety program involves 4 weekly online sessions. Each session will take approximately 1 - 1.5 hours to complete and includes:
A questionnaire
This provides you with personalised information about your anxiety levels. It monitors the change in your anxietyover the course of the program and provides you with a graph so you can track progress.
Session notes
These provide accurate information about anxiety;Â its causes, consequences and strategies for management.
Worksheets and exercises
You will have an opportunity to practice the skills outlined in the sessions by completing the worksheets and exercises, both during session and as between session tasks.
Email reminders
You will receive an email to remind you to complete your scheduled session.
