Conquering Anxiety is for anyone wishing to see improvements in their quality of life at home and at work now and in the long term. The tools in this program are essential for people who value their psychological and physical health. Managing stress and improving work-life balance is a must for anyone in the workplace.
What's involved?
Easy to read and self-paced, the D'Accord HealthSteps Combating Stress program involves 4 weekly online sessions. Each session will take approximately 1 - 1.5 hours to complete and includes:
A questionnaire
This provides you with personalised information about your stress levels. It monitors the change in your stress levels over the course of the program and provides you with a graph so you can track your progress.
Session notes
These provide accurate information about stress, its causes, consequences and strategies for management.
Worksheets and exercises
You will have an opportunity to practice the skills outlined in the sessions by completing the worksheets and exercises, both during session and as between session tasks.
Email reminders
You will receive an email to remind you to complete your scheduled session.
